Why Give a Gift Card?
Aside from making it easier to shop, when given as a gift, it's always the right fit. You don't need to know their mailing address, their schedule or what they already have. A gift card works for birthdays, holidays, graduations, thank yous and 'just-because' moments. In addition to being warm and thoughtful, it's also practical: you choose the brand you know they'll love. They choose how and when to enjoy it.
Can I Return, Exchange or Get a Refund on a Gift Card?
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards can't be returned, exchanged or refunded, except where state law requires it. For full details, see the Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
How Do I Keep My Gift Card Safe?
- Treat your gift card like cash. Anyone who has the card information can use it, and a lost or stolen card may not be replaceable.
- Keep it private. Never share your card number or PIN by phone, text, email or social media, especially with someone you don't know and trust.
- Know the warning signs. A real business or government agency will never ask you to pay a bill, fine or fee with a gift card.
- Keep printed or physical cards with you. Store them as carefully as your wallet.
- Protect your accounts. Turn on two-factor authentication on your email and online accounts.
Security, privacy and protecting your data are among our top priorities, so every gift card you buy or receive is one you can count on.
